Durante il soggiorno al fine di poter effettuare la pulizia delle stanze, vi preghiamo di liberarle entro le ore 12.00. Oltre le ore 13.00 il servizio non potrà essere garantito.

Durante il pomeriggio è possibile che il personale acceda alla camera per un riordino pomeridiano.

During your stay: to clean up the room, you are kindly asked to free the room within 12.00;

after 13.00 the service cannot be guaranteed. During the afternoon it is possible that the staff enter the room to tidying up the room.

RISCALDAMENTO o ARIA CONDIZIONATA / HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING

In base alla stagione funzionano alternativamente l’uno o l’altro;  è possibile controllare la temperatura dal termostato in camera; per il calorifero del bagno,  rivolgersi alla reception;

se le finestre sono aperte il sistema si blocca.

They work alternatively based on the season; it is possible to control the temperature from the room; in winter for the heater of the bathroom ask to the reception; if the windows are open the system stops.

 

MINIBAR
Il minibar è nell’armadietto/armadio:

all’interno sono presenti due bicchieri ed il listino prezzi delle consumazioni.

The minibar is in the wardrobe or under the desk:

inside it there are two glasses and the price list of the products.

 

COMFORT

Nell’armadio ci sono: asciugacapelli, 2 cuscini, accappatoio, ciabattine.

Per coperte, piumini e cuscini aggiuntivi contattare la reception 24/24.

In the wardrobe you find: hairdryer, 2 more pillows, bathrobe, slippers.

SERVIZIO LAVANDERIA/LAUNDRY SERVICE
Il servizio lavanderia è attivo dal lunedì al venerdì. Per servizio con riconsegna entro la sera del giorno stesso segnalare la necessità entro le 9.00 del mattino. Sabato e domenica, servizio non è attivo.

Laundry service is active from Monday to Friday. To have the return of the items the same day please notify to the reception within 9.00am. Saturday and Sunday the service is not active.

 

FITNESS
E’ disponibile una sala fitness con attrezzi e sauna.

La sala è sempre aperta ad accesso libero, si raggiunge con l’ascensore al piano -1.

Per l’utilizzo della sauna richiederne l’accensione alla reception con un anticipo di almeno 20 minuti prima.

On the underground floor a fitness room and a sauna are available 24/24.

You can reach it with the elevator -1.  To use the sauna please inform the reception at least 20 minutes before.

Per fermare la ventilazione del bagno, è necessario spegnere tutte le luci del bagno.

Dopo qualche istante si interromperà.

To stop the ventilation of the bathroom, all  the lights of the bathroom must be switched off.
